The System

Multiple layers. One seamless floor.

Quartz floors start with a prepared concrete slab, followed by an epoxy base coat, a full broadcast of coloured quartz aggregate, and a clear topcoat that locks everything in place.

  1. 1Concrete substrate - Mechanically prepared and primed for adhesion.
  2. 2Epoxy base coat - Pigmented or clear epoxy applied at full coverage.
  3. 3Quartz broadcast - Coloured quartz granules broadcast to full rejection.
  4. 4Clear topcoat - Polyurethane or epoxy sealer for durability and sheen.
